
Front Office Trainer

**Training Development**:Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- **Training Delivery**:Conduct classroom training, on-the-job training, and mentoring sessions to educate staff on front office procedures and best practices.
- **Assessment**:Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Policy and Procedure Implementation**:Ensure front office staff understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- **Customer Service Training**:Provide training on effective customer service techniques, including handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and building positive relationships.
- **Technology Training**:Train staff on using PMS, reservation systems, and other relevant technology.
- **Guest Experience Enhancement**:Work to improve the overall guest experience through training and guidance.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Track staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:Work with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.
**5 years of industry experience & 1 year of teaching experience in Front Office**
