**Mandatory skills**:

- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong organization and motivational skills
- Should be able to teach “basic etiquette, greetings, how to talk to customers etc. and

basic English to “bottom of the pyramid workforce with little education”
- Provide training to front office executives, hostel wardens, guards, and other executives

with some customer facing roles
- Prepare customized training modules for specific employee groups and deliver them
- Work with employees to ensure the trainings are not just lip service but results are

visible on ground.
- Managing data and making reports for all the training monthly (qualitative &
quantitative both)
- End to end ownership for trainings
- Creating resources to support learning objectives such as handouts, workbooks,

PowerPoint presentations, etc.
