Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Planning and Execution**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Support the coordination of resources, equipment, and training materials needed for project execution.
**2. Center Operations Management**:
- Oversee the daily activities of the project center to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain high standards of training delivery by monitoring trainers and participant engagement.
- Ensure proper maintenance and readiness of training facilities and equipment.
**3. Administration and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including participant data, attendance, and progress reports.
- Prepare reports and documentation to track project status and outcomes.
- Support compliance with company policies and local regulations.
**4. Student Mobilization**:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and enroll students into the training programs.
- Engage with local communities, schools, NGOs, and other stakeholders to increase awareness and drive participation.
- Conduct workshops, outreach events, and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
**5. Stakeholder Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between the center, management, and external stakeholders.
- Address participant inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues or complaints.
- Collaborate with community leaders and partners to enhance the visibility and reach of the project.
**6. Team Support and Coordination**:
- Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and training of new staff members.
- Support the development of team capabilities through feedback and collaboration.
- Ensure effective communication within the team to promote coordination and productivity.
**7. Quality Control and Improvement**:
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of training sessions and overall participant experience.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on feedback and assessments.
- Uphold the organization’s quality standards and ensure adherence to project protocols.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is an advantage.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in a project coordination or operations management role, preferably in the education or skill development sector.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams.
