Job Description - Female Porter / Guest Service Associate
**Position Title**: Female Porter / Guest Service Associate
**Department**: Front Office / Guest Relations / F&B Service
**Reports To**: Front Office Manager / General Manager
**Location**: La Nature Hotels & Resorts, Sikar
**Role Overview**
The Female Porter / Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing personalized assistance to guests across the resort. This role ensures smooth guest handling in the **restaurant, café, front office, and during property tours**, while also managing **guest feedback collection, recordkeeping, and review generation**. She acts as a brand ambassador, representing the warmth, professionalism, and service excellence of La Nature Hotels & Resorts.
**Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Handling & Property Show Around**
- Welcome and escort guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism.
- Provide guided tours of the property, highlighting facilities such as the restaurant, café, villas, tents, swimming pool, banquet hall, and event spaces.
- Assist guests in navigating the property and offer proactive support for any requirements.
**Front Office & Guest Relations**
- Support the front office team in check-in and check-out assistance.
- Collect guest details for recordkeeping (contact information, preferences, special requests).
- Ensure smooth communication between departments to fulfill guest requirements.
**Restaurant & Café Support**
- Escort guests to their table, introduce the menu, and explain special offerings.
- Assist the restaurant and café team in guest seating, handling queries, and offering personalized service.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure seamless dining experiences.
**Feedback & Review Collection**
- Approach guests politely during or after their stay/dining to gather feedback.
- Record guest feedback in the designated system for management review.
- Encourage guests to leave reviews on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, and OTA portals.
- Report any complaints, concerns, or special comments to the respective department heads.
**Administration & Recordkeeping**
- Maintain accurate guest records, including preferences and visit history.
- Submit daily/weekly reports of guest interactions, feedback, and review counts.
- Assist the front office team in guest satisfaction surveys and post-stay follow-ups.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or F&B service (preferred).
- Pleasant personality, excellent grooming, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask across departments (Front Office, F&B, Guest Relations).
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and recordkeeping.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in guest interactions.
