**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**: Ensure the front desk is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary materials, and welcoming to visitors and clients.

**Customer Service**: Greet visitors, clients, and employees, answer questions, and address inquiries or complaints in a professional and friendly manner.

**Administrative Support**: Organize and maintain files and records, including guest information and documents, and update them as needed.

**Additional Duties**: Be prepared to take on other duties as assigned, which may include making travel arrangements, managing schedules, or assisting with administrative tasks.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in front desk management and administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
