**Reporting To**: Admissions Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end **admission counselling** for prospective parents and students.
- Provide detailed and customized **school tours** to prospective families.
- Explain the **curriculum, extracurricular activities, school policies**, and overall vision of the school.
- Collaborate with the **marketing team** for admission campaigns and outreach activities.
- Organize and participate in **school events, open houses, and educational fairs**.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and onboarding for new students.
- Regularly update **student admission MIS/reports** for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold high levels of **customer service and professionalism**.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong **communication and interpersonal** skills
- Ability to **build trust** and engage effectively with parents
- Good **presentation and persuasion** skills
- Knowledge of school admissions process and **education sector trends**:

- Familiarity with CRM tools or school ERP systems is a plus
- Proficiency in **English and Hindi** (verbal and written)
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure during admission seasons

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related fields)
- Prior experience in **school admissions, counselling, or front-office roles** is mandatory

**Salary**: 20,000-45000

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
