Job Title: Telecaller - Cum - Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller cum Customer Relationship Manager to join our marble business. The primary responsibility will be to engage with potential leads and existing customers over the phone, provide product information, follow up on inquiries, and build lasting customer relationships. This role is key to generating interest, closing deals, and maintaining client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through various sources.
- Follow up on incoming inquiries and maintain a strong follow-up schedule.
- Explain product offerings, pricing, availability, and specifications related to marble and natural stone products.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools/spreadsheets).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Handle basic after-sales support and resolve customer queries or complaints promptly.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on call activities and lead conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles. Experience in the construction, interior design, or building materials industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
