**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Telecalling Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, offers, and store events.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and features.
- Maintain a database of customer contacts and update CRM with relevant call notes and feedback.
- Follow up with customers for product-related queries, order confirmations, and after-sales service.

**In-Store Sales Duties**:

- Assist walk-in customers in selecting products across different categories like watches, jewellery, eyewear, and apparel.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products to enhance the shopping experience.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on promotions and customer preferences.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained and displays are attractive and up-to-date.
- Support store events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to drive footfall and sales.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduation preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or retail sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English knowledge preferred.
- Friendly, persuasive, and confident attitude toward customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of retail billing systems and handling POS (preferred).
- Good multitasking and organizational skills.

**Work Environment**:

- **Location**: On-site in Dhanbad retail outlets.
- **Timings**: Retail shift hours (including weekends and holidays as required).
