**Role Description**

We are looking for a **Calling Person** to join our team at SNMR CLOUD SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Dhanbad. This is a full-time, on-site role. The calling person will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, addressing customer inquiries, and providing detailed information about our IT solutions and services. Daily tasks will include managing call logs, updating customer records, and achieving call targets to support the company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about IT solutions and services.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in CRM software.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets to drive business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the team to meet company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT solutions and services.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
