Role & responsibilities

Student Counseling

Guide students on course, country, and university selection based on their profile and goals.

Lead Handling & Telecalling

Follow up with incoming leads and make outbound calls to convert inquiries into admissions.

Student Conversion

Work closely with students to build trust and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain student records and updates in our CRM; share weekly progress reports.

Events & Outreach

Represent Aliff at seminars, education fairs, and online/offline promotional events.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2+ years of experience in overseas education counseling or telecalling
  • Strong Sales and Marketing Skills
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
  • Knowledge of study abroad processes & destinations
  • A driven and empathetic personality
  • Graduate degree or equivalent qualification
