We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients/customers, answering inquiries, and converting leads into successful sales or service engagements. You will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- **Experience**: 1 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills may apply)
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in [specific language(s)]
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
