We are looking for a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in promoting our services, answering queries, and helping grow our customer base. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a drive to meet targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
- Engage customers in conversation to generate leads and promote services.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s offerings and answer any inquiries.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude during all interactions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet call targets and performance goals set by the management team.
- Assist in scheduling appointments or meetings with potential clients.
- Document and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to persuade and generate interest in services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented and able to work with targets.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

**Job Type**: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
