**About the Role**:
We are looking for an **Associate-Growth Marketing**who will work hand in hand with the Manager-Demand Generation, as well as the upper management of the Marketing team to drive lead generation campaigns for the Innovaccer clients under the cross-sell and upsell sales motion. Working closely with the Inside Sales and Customer Success teams to understand coverage within the existing client base and reach out to prospective clients in the whitespace available.

**A Day in the Life**: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing enterprise accounts, particularly across untapped departments or business units.

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and changes within client organizations that could present new sales opportunities.

**What You Need**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tool
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
