**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counter Expansion & Sales Growth**:

- Identify and onboard new retail counters in Pune to increase brand presence.
- Develop strong relationships with retail partners to ensure consistent sales growth.
- **Payment Collection & Account Management**:

- Ensure timely payment collection from all active counters.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and outstanding payments.
- **BA & Non-BA Counter Management**:

- Supervise Beauty Advisor (BA) counters and ensure they are well-stocked and functioning smoothly.
- Monitor Non-BA counters to ensure product visibility and sales performance.
- Provide training and sales support to counter staff to maximize productivity.
- **Market Analysis & Reporting**:

- Conduct regular market visits to assess counter performance and competitor activity.
- Submit periodic reports on sales, payments, and counter status.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in field sales, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or retail.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Pune.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
