- Responsible for capabilities pertaining to end 2 end transitioning of new/ evolving projects from customer service perspective

- New development identification, feasibility requirements,
- End to End Demand Management, CS-IT requirements & Projects.

- Analytical Skills
- Understanding of IT and NW Systems
- Good Knowledge of Process / Systems / Applications / Regulation Requirements
- Exposure to Customer Lifecycle Management

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
