**Shift**: US Rotational Shifts (8hours working + 1 hour break)
**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)

**Job Description** **about the Role**

We are hiring **experienced Customer Service Professionals** for an **international voice process**. You will support **US-based customers**, handling queries with accuracy, professionalism, and timely resolutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls and assist **UHC members and providers**.
- Provide support on **claims, eligibility, benefits, and authorizations**.
- Ensure every interaction reflects **empathy, accuracy, and compliance**.
- Achieve performance targets for **CSAT, AHT, and quality.**:

- Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when required.

**Eligibility**:

- **HSC with minimum 06 Months of BPO Experience or Graduate Fresher**.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English.
- Ability to work in **US rotational shifts** and **Night shifts**.
- Must be **okay to travel** and have **no career gaps**.
- Must have **all documents** in place (ID proof, educational certificates and company documents).
