**Job Title**: Customer Service Professional
- Voice
**Shift**: US Rotational Shifts (8hours working + 1 hour break)
**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
**Mode**: Work-from-office

We are hiring experienced **Customer Service Professional** for a **voice-based process**. You will assist international customers, primarily from the US, and handle customer inquiries and issues via Calls.The role requires working in **night shifts** and flexibility for **rotational shifts**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues via voice communication.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain call documentation and meet KPIs (response time, customer satisfaction, etc.).

**Eligibility**:

- **HSC with minimum 06 Months Of BPO Experience or Graduate Fresher** with, Voice 0r Non Voice process.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English.
- Ability to work in **US rotational shifts** and **night shifts**.
- Must be **okay to travel** and have **no career gaps**.
- **No absconding** from any previous company.
- Must have **all documents** in place (ID proof, educational certificates and company documents).
