**Global EV Insights and Market Analysis**:

- Stay abreast of global electric vehicle (EV) trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of competition benchmarks, regulatory policies, and mega-trends shaping the EV industry. Utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for market differentiation.
- **Customer and Competition Insights**:

- Gather and analyse customer insights to understand preferences, behaviours, and needs within the EV market along with AD Customer Insights team.
- Collaborate with product planning teams to develop segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP) strategies and value propositions ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- **Product Strategy**:

- Work closely with product planning teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on market demands and customer feedback.
- Assist in crafting product positioning and messaging strategies to maximize market appeal and competitive advantage.
- Provide strategic guidance on product portfolio optimization, including identifying opportunities for new product programs and extensions.
- **External Stakeholder Connects**:

- Support preparation for investor presentations, external meetings, conferences, and industry events and business cases to secure funding and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in external communications, including press releases, presentations, and marketing materials.

**Experience**
- 8-15 years
- **Industry Preferred**
- Consulting / Strategy / Auto Experience preferred
- **Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- **General Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a strategy consultant in business strategy, market analysis, or product management, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the global EV landscape and regulatory frameworks.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams.
