Identify Capability And Resource Gaps In Product Marketing, And Propose Actions To Fill Those (Re)define Ways Of Working With Other Functions (like Innovation And Sales) For Maximum Effectiveness And Efficiency Ensure The PM Team Is Well Connected With Key Stakeholders In The Value Chain, Able To Understand Current Needs And Anticipate Trends Map Presence In Key Segments / Sub-segments And Define Strategies To Maximize Our Position Where We Want To Play (product Development, Go-to-market Strategies, Pricing) Set The 2030 Ambition (sales, Margin, Share) For The Key Product Families In Line With Horizon 2 Strategy And Ambition Recommend Areas For Meaningful Innovation By Expanding Our Current Portfolio And Exploring Opportunities Not Served Today Sign Off The Product Portfolio Roadmaps (2030) For All Product Families Sold And Segments Served Prepared With Innovation, Aligned With Head Of Innovation Sign Off New Product Development Briefs Prepared By The Product Management Team And Innovation Counterparts Aligned With Head Of Innovation Track Performance Of Portfolio From a Sales, Margin And Market Share Perspective And Prepare With The PM Team Corrective Actions For The Short And Mid Term Capture Feedback From Win/ Loss Analyses To Adjust And Enhance Our Portfolio Strategies Lead Team In Conducting Market Research And Competitor Analysis To Best Position Products And Messaging In The Plastic Piping Market. Coach Team To Develop And Manage Product Launch Plans, Including Product Positioning, Pricing, And Promotional Activities For New Plastic Piping Products. Mentor Team To Create And Manage Product Marketing Collateral, Including Product Sheets, Case Studies, And Presentations. Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including R&T/Innovation to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and launch plans. Sales teams to ensure effective product positioning, placement and success. Business Finance and Operations team to ensure profitability on product portfolio. External partners and vendors to leverage expertise and resources. Role Specific Competencies Proven track record of driving product adoption and revenue growth in industry. Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Team leadership experience Experience with product launch planning and execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
