JOB TITLE : DGM -Factory

DEPARTMENT: All Factory operations & Management

LOCATION: Arinso Unit

REPORTS TO : Board of Management

JOB PURPOSE:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Should have the requisite experience of Decorative Waterbase and Solvent base paints & polymer manufacturing process and testing.
- Knowledge and experience of paint manufacturing equipment and optimization of capacity utilization.
- Responsible to plan, supervising, and coordinating overall operations of the unit to meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Ensure that production and dispatch activities are carried out as per the company’s business plan.
- Ensure that inventories are maintained at minimum levels
- Oversee all other support functions to achieve targeted production and productivity level with consistent quality.
- Liaising with govt authorities, local administration, and other external agencies for statutory compliances of the unit.
- Identify training and development needs for subordinates and employees in general.
- Knowledge of handling hazardous chemicals and safe operating systems.
- Experience in effluent management systems and Hazardous waste management.

Possess good communication with persuasive & personnel management skills, Integrity, enthusiasm, problem-solving and decision-making skills with strong team management and leadership attitude and should lead by example.

Required:
B. tech Specialized in Paint Technology / Chemical with a minimum 10 to 15 Years Experience in Manufacturing Industry.
