**Job Description: Cultural Coordinator (Female)**

**Position**: Cultural Coordinator
**Location**: Mathura
**Reports to**: Principal/School Management
**Salary: 25k to 30 K in hand**

**Role Summary**:
The Cultural Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing cultural programs and activities that promote diversity, creativity, and cultural awareness within the school community. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to engage students and staff in meaningful cultural experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cultural Program Development**:

- Design and implement cultural activities, events, and programs that reflect diverse traditions and values.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate cultural elements into the curriculum.
- **Event Management**:

- Plan and execute school-wide cultural celebrations, festivals, and performances.
- Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Encourage student participation in cultural activities through clubs, competitions, and workshops.
- Mentor students to showcase their talents in cultural events.
- **Community Collaboration**:

- Build partnerships with cultural organizations and local artists to enhance program offerings.
- Involve parents and the wider community in school cultural initiatives.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain budgets for cultural events and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the school management regarding cultural activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arts, Humanities, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in cultural program coordination, teaching, or event management (experience in schools is a plus).
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for promoting cultural awareness.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and community members.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Passion for fostering a culturally inclusive and engaging environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for events as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
