**Job Description: Music Teacher**

**Position**: Music Teacher
**Location**: Mathura
**Reports to**: Principal/Head of Department
**Salary: 15k to 20 K**

**Role Summary**:
The Music Teacher will be responsible for developing students’ musical skills and appreciation by delivering engaging and dynamic lessons. This includes teaching music theory, vocal training, and instrumental techniques, as well as organizing school performances and fostering a love for music among students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Plan and deliver music lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
- Teach music theory, vocal training, and practical instrumental skills.
- Prepare students for exams, performances, and competitions.
- **Performance Coordination**:

- Organize and direct school concerts, recitals, and other musical events.
- Train students for interschool cultural competitions.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Foster a love for music through interactive and creative teaching methods.
- Provide guidance and encouragement to help students realize their musical potential.
- **Instrument Management**:

- Maintain and manage school musical instruments and related equipment.
- Provide recommendations for new instrument purchases or repairs as needed.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work with other teachers to integrate music into school-wide projects and events.
- Communicate effectively with parents about students’ progress and potential.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience teaching music (preferably in a school setting).
- Proficiency in one or more instruments and/or vocal training.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of music theory and performance techniques.
- Excellent teaching and classroom management skills.
- Creativity and passion for nurturing young talent.
- Strong organizational and event coordination abilities.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Enthusiasm for working with students of various age groups.
- Flexibility to accommodate school schedules, including evening or weekend events when required.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology to enhance music education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
