**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for our seed round.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with potential investors, including angel investors, venture capital firms, and family offices, with a particular focus on those interested in AI and SaaS technologies.
- Create compelling pitch decks and presentations that showcase Prince Solutions' vision, technology, competitive advantages, and growth potential within the AI Chat Assistant market.
- Lead investor meetings and negotiations, effectively communicating our story and securing commitments.
- Manage the due diligence process and ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and fundraising progress.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fundraising, specifically within the AI and SaaS sectors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in fundraising, preferably within the technology/AI/SaaS sector.
- Strong network of contacts within the investor community, particularly those focused on AI.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and funding landscape, especially within the AI industry.

**Compensation**:

- **Generous commission structure**: Earn 1% of the total capital raised during the seed round. This is an exceptional opportunity to directly benefit from your success.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
