We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Fundraiser** to join our team and play a key role in securing financial support for our mission. The Fundraiser will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing fundraising campaigns, building donor relationships, and ensuring financial targets are achieved.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement creative fundraising strategies to meet financial goals.
- Identify, research, and approach potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives (online and offline).
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for donors.
- Maintain donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping of contributions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create fundraising materials and campaigns.
- Monitor fundraising performance and provide regular progress updates to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or nonprofit sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
