About the Role

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented individuals to join us as Fund Rasier for our IT and AI products, platforms, and innovation projects. This role is performance-based, designed for people who want to learn and grow in the field of business development and fundraising. Initially, this will be a commission-based position for the first 6 months. After 6 months, based on performance, commitment, and results, candidates may be offered a full-time position with a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential investors, funding agencies, and business partners.
  • Present company projects, business plans, and investment opportunities clearly.
  • Help raise funds ethically and transparently for IT & AI products or services.
  • Maintain regular communication with management and provide weekly progress reports.
  • Achieve assigned fundraising goals and maintain professionalism in all dealings.

Compensation Structure (First 6 Months)

  • Commission: 1% on total confirmed funds raised.
  • Example: If you raise ₹1,00,00,000 in investment, you earn ₹1,00,000.
  • After 6 months, performers may be promoted to full-time employment with a fixed monthly salary + incentives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Basic understanding of business, communication, or finance.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English or regional languages.
  • Smartphone or laptop with internet connection.
  • Freshers are welcome.

Preferred Skills

  • Interest in startups, fundraising, or business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Eagerness to build a long-term career in business development or investment management.

Important Note
