**Job Title: Fundraising Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
Morelife Foundation is seeking a dedicated and passionate Fundraising Coordinator to support our mission of empowering individuals through skill development programs. The Fundraising Coordinator will play a vital role in securing funding and resources to expand our reach and impact in disadvantaged communities. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support the Skill Development Program's expansion and sustainability.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations.
- Identify and pursue grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.
- Maintain accurate donor records and track fundraising activities using donor management software. The coordinator manages donor databases, enters donor information, updates records, and generates reports to evaluate fundraising performance.
- Monitor fundraising performance against goals and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in fundraising, philanthropy, and skill development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or grant writing, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling fundraising appeals and proposals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge).
- Passion for Morelife Foundation's mission and commitment to social impact and empowerment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the field of skill development, education, or community development.
- Knowledge of grant writing techniques and experience with grant proposal development.
- Familiarity with fundraising events planning and execution.
- Understanding of online fundraising platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Advanced degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, or related field.
