**Role Overview**

As a **Corporate Fundraising Executive**, you will support the core fundraising team in planning, executing, and managing fundraising operations for various MTW Group startups. This is a highly collaborative, target-driven position that offers exposure to venture capital, investment readiness, and institutional fundraising processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Fundraising Strategy Support**
- Assist in researching and identifying appropriate funding opportunities—Seed, Series A+, and government grants.
- Support execution of the fundraising roadmap for each business vertical.
- Track investor engagement pipelines and follow-up schedules using CRM or spreadsheet-based tracking.

**Investor Coordination & Engagement**
- Help schedule investor meetings, demo days, and presentations with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain updated investor profiles, pitch decks, and company briefs for outreach.
- Work alongside consultants and incubators to facilitate introductions to relevant investors.

**Pitch Materials & Due Diligence Support**
- Assist in preparation of investment decks, financial summaries, projections, and business models.
- Organize and update documentation required for investor due diligence (company filings, cap tables, compliance docs, etc.).
- Coordinate between legal, finance, and leadership teams during the term sheet and fundraising closure stages.

**Government & Institutional Grants**
- Identify startup grants or institutional funding opportunities relevant to each company.

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Maintain internal reports on investor progress, meetings held, and capital raised.
- Track competitor and market intelligence to support funding strategy discussions.
- Help prepare fundraising performance reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in startup fundraising, venture support, investment banking, or similar roles.
- **Education**: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Investment Banking, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of funding rounds, startup capital requirements, and investor expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Comfortable working under timelines and in cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with startup incubators, fundraising consultants, or VC networks is a strong plus.
