**Key Responsibilities**
- **Donor Relations**: Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations. Ensure timely and effective communication with all supporters.
- **Grant Writing and Management**: Research and identify grant opportunities from trusts, foundations, and government agencies. Write compelling grant proposals and manage the reporting requirements for successful grants.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, including online crowdfunding, direct mail, and community-based events.
- **Corporate Partnerships**: Develop and manage relationships with local businesses and corporations to secure sponsorships and corporate social responsibility (CSR) funding.
- **Database Management**: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date donor database to track contributions, communications, and engagement.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising activities and provide regular reports to the management team.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in fundraising for a non-profit organization is highly desirable. Experience in sales, marketing, or public relations will also be considered.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to create compelling stories and proposals.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- **Passion for the Cause**: A genuine commitment to the mission and values of Vaidshree Welfare Foundation.
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the local community and potential funding sources surrounding areas is a plus.
