**Role Overview**

The Development and Communications Internship atMicro Leaps offers an opportunity to hone creative,strategic, and organizational skills in a dynamicnonprofit setting. Interns will contribute to theorganization’s development initiatives, managecommunication strategies, and engage withstakeholders to amplify Micro Leaps' mission andimpact.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Research and Outreach
- Create a database of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Pune-based companies,CSR initiatives, grants, and incubators to support Micro Leaps’ mission.
- Identify and research opportunities to increase visibility for Micro Leaps throughconferences, op-eds, and other platforms.

2. Communication and Content Creation
- Develop creative artifacts such as impact reports, social media posts, videos, andnewsletters to showcase Micro Leaps' mission, achievements, and vision.

3. Digital Marketing and Campaigns
- Manage social media platforms and website updates, ensuring consistent andengaging communication with the public.

**Qualifications**
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing,Design, or related fields.
- Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, orequivalent) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing strategies.
- Passion for education and commitment to creating social impact.
