Responsibilities:

  • Developing Fundraising Strategies: Conducting research to identify potential donors and funding sources, and creating tailored fundraising plans that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Donor Cultivation and Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective donors, including individuals, foundations, and corporations.
  • Grant Writing and Proposal Development: Researching grant opportunities, writing compelling proposals, and managing the grant application process.
  • Fundraising Campaign Management: Planning and executing fundraising campaigns, including events, appeals, and online fundraising initiatives.
  • Donor Stewardship: Ensuring donors are acknowledged and thanked appropriately, and providing regular updates on how their donations are being used.
  • Fundraising Operations: Managing donor databases, tracking donations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular updates on fundraising progress, analyzing campaign results, and making recommendations for improvement.

  • Fundraising Software Proficiency: Using fundraising software and tools, such as CRM systems, to manage donor information and track fundraising progress.
  • Grant Writing and Proposal Development: Writing compelling grant proposals and other fundraising materials.
  • Project Management: Planning, organizing, and executing fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Networking Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with donors and other stakeholders.
