**Key Responsibilities**:
Open Kotak 811 Accounts through leads provided by the bank.
Develop and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients.
Cross-sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance.
Engage directly with clients in the field to enhance banking relationships and drive business growth.
Follow up on leads and ensure the smooth onboarding of customers into Kotak’s banking ecosystem.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Education: Minimum requirement is a graduate degree.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.
Age: Up to 25 years.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to meet targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Compensation**:
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on the interview).
Incentives: Performance-based incentives.
Travel Allowance (TA): Included.
Additional benefits and perks as per company policy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
