**Short Description**:

- Collaborate with Academia and Research Partners to explore and incubate technical partnerships
- Define and clearly articulate POC deliverables, aligning the same with functional heads

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Screen and Identify opportunities for Academia and Research technical partnerships aligned to the strategic directions of R&D
- Initiate discussions with institutes to understand capabilities and potential areas of collaboration
- Define the program objectives, deliverables, financials timelines in conjunction with respective CoC and partner institute.
- Objectively define success criteria for the project and the handover point to CoC.
- Manage the project to deliver the defined PoC (Proof of Concept), demonstrate the results with effective tie-ups with stakeholders within the organization.
- Continuously liaise with academia and research institutes and be up to date on emerging competency and research areas. Liaise with internal stakeholders (CoC heads & CTO) to calibrate the priority technologies.

Result Oriented: Objectively defining deliverables, milestones, commercials and timelines.

- Total Exp: 12-15 yrs_
- Worked in Academia, Research Institutes_
- Experience of driving Tech collaboration projects_
