**Job overview**:
The Market Research Executive will research, compile, and analyze information on products and market conditions to identify potential new markets, sales opportunities, and the most effective methods of marketing specified products.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Data Gathering**:

- Translate business objectives into research steps.
- Work cross-functionally to build relevant primary research collection tools for customers.
- Identify and collect relevant data points through modern and traditional methods, for example:

- Consumers: Demographics, buying habits, needs, and price points. n
- Competitors: Pricing structures, current tactics, and sales channels.
- Construct and maintain a central database for recording market data. You will be expected to monitor the quality of the data, and continually implement improvements.
- Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in research matters.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities for product expansion.
- Prepare reports of findings, illustrate data graphically and translate complex findings into written text, and present results.
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices.

**Others**:

- Make recommendations for feasible methods for market penetration.
- Proactively share and present market research reports and data analysis throughout the organization.
- Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- Advise management on new innovations in the area of market research, and create new ways to meet the needs of a changing marketplace.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in market research or related (essential).
- Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
- 1year+ of experience in market research and analysis.
- Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing programs and strategies.
- Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in math, web analytics, and business research tools.
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases, and statistical packages.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
