**We’re Hiring: Life Skills Trainer for School Students (KG to Grade 12)**

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and fostering their holistic growth?
**Score Merit** is looking for **experienced and empathetic Life Skills Trainers** to conduct engaging, age-appropriate sessions for school students across Grades KG to 12.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
We are looking for professionals who have:

- An academic background in **Psychology** (Master’s degree preferred)
- A **minimum of 5 years of experience** in teaching, training, counseling, or facilitating life skills
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**:

- A strong grasp of **child and adolescent development**:

- **Familiarity with ancient Indian scriptures and values** (preferred)
- Prior experience with **International Curriculums** (an advantage)
- Comfort and proficiency in **online training formats**

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Life Skills Trainer at Score Merit, you will:

- **Design and facilitate life skills sessions** focusing on areas such as:

- Emotional intelligence & well-being
- Goal setting & decision making
- Time management & self-discipline
- Empathy, communication & collaboration
- Values education for character building
- Use **interactive, activity-based and experiential learning techniques**:

- Tailor session content based on **age group and curriculum requirements**:

- Engage with students in a **supportive and dynamic learning environment**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 28 per week
