Data Analytics Trainer

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Analytics Trainer to join our team and help us shape the next generation of data professionals.

As a Data Analytics Trainer, you will be responsible for and delivering training programs that equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to excel in data analytics. You will focus on teaching Python and R programming languages, along with data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and visualization tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises for data analytics courses.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences, including beginners and advanced learners.
- Teach participants how to use Python and R for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Provide hands-on experience with data analytics tools and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, ggplot2, and others.
- Assess participants' progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics, Python, and R programming to continuously improve training content.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course offerings and align them with industry standards.
- Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to participants as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a data analyst or data scientist, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Python and R programming languages, including relevant libraries and frameworks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in the field of data analytics.
