**Job Title**: Soft Skills and Product Trainer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Soft Skills Training**:

- Conduct training sessions on communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
- Develop and update soft skills modules and training materials.
- Organize workshops and activities that promote team bonding and workplace etiquette.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback.

**Product Training**:

- Provide comprehensive product training to new hires and existing employees.
- Break down complex product features into simple, user-friendly information.
- Keep staff updated on product changes, upgrades, and positioning.
- Coordinate with product and marketing teams to ensure training content accuracy.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Create training calendars and maintain documentation of attendance, feedback, and performance.
- Use innovative and interactive training techniques (e.g., role-playing, simulations).
- Track and report progress through assessments, tests, and performance reviews.
- Support managers in identifying training needs and skill gaps.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer, soft skills coach, or similar role.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methods.
- Familiarity with digital training tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
- Knowledge of the company’s product/services or ability to learn quickly.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in soft skills or behavioral training.
- Ability to motivate and energize learners at all levels.
- Experience in product onboarding or customer education programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
