**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging sessions on **spoken English**, **communication skills**, and **interview preparation techniques**.
- Facilitate **personality development workshops** focused on confidence building, grooming, and body language.
- Organize **mock interviews** and practical activities to prepare participants for real-world scenarios.
- Use innovative training methodologies to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.

**2. Content Development**:

- Develop, update, and customize **training materials, presentations, and exercises** based on participants’ needs.
- Align training content with industry standards and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with content writers and department heads (if applicable) to create impactful and relevant learning modules.

**3. Assessment and Reporting**:

- Monitor participants' progress using assessments, role plays, and other evaluation tools.
- Provide constructive feedback and improvement plans tailored to each participant’s needs.
- Prepare detailed **training progress reports** and share insights with management.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from participants to refine training approaches.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in communication, Education, Human Resources, or related field. Certifications in soft skills training are preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **6 month** in soft skills training, teaching, or a related field.
