Campaign Executive

Junior Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and support the growth of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to define campaign goals, messaging, and tactics
- Support the execution of campaigns by creating and scheduling content, managing assets, and tracking campaign performance
- Use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for campaign optimization
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategy and tactics
- Assist in creating reports and presentations to share campaign results and recommendations with stakeholders
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new marketing strategies and initiatives

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in any field, but have keen interest in marketing
- 1+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, preferably in a financial services company
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A passion for learning and a desire to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
