Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Telecaller** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls (and/or handling inbound inquiries), engaging with potential customers or clients, and helping us build strong relationships and generate qualified leads or sales.
As a **Telecaller**, you will interact directly with leads or customers over the phone. Your primary focus will be to promote products/services, generate appointments or leads, or assist with customer queries, depending on the campaign or department you support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
- Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
- Clearly explain the company's products or services and address objections.
- Maintain call logs, records, and client databases using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team, when applicable.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets, conversion goals, or response time KPIs.
- Provide accurate information and escalate complex queries when needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
**Required Qualifications**:
- MBA in Marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Strong communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume call environment.
- Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- High level of patience, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in B2B calling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or Excel tracking.
- Background in industries like software development & digital marketing
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
