**Job Overview**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service management skills
- Ability to engage potential customers and effectively market products and goods
- Experience in online advertising, cold calling, and social media marketing is a plus
- Ability to address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
- Familiarity with safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's is preferred
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with sales and marketing.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Contact potential customers through cold calling, online advertising, social media marketing, and other strategies
- Promote and market our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's to potential customers
- Engage potential customers in conversations to understand their needs and provide information about our products
- Address customer concerns and help improve sales through effective communication and customer service management
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Good oral communication skills in English, Kannada and local languages

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
