**Job Description
**Purpose**

You will take the lead in running the operations for Rewards and Recognition in a Manufacturing facility (6 days a week). The job entails streamlining and standardizing Rewards and Recognition Processes across the organization, ensuring framework updation and adherence, and enabling in the establishment of an appreciation based culture. This scope is as of present and might change to other roles in HR / IR as per organizational requirements.

**Key Responsibility**
- Achieve monthly targets around points rewarding and appreciations through shopfloor visits and employee sensitization to build a culture of digital appreciation.
- Map various localized R&R processes taking place across departments and identify and execute ways to streamline the same with a centralized digital system and a centralized framework
- Monitor Rewards budget utilization and redemption across the organization and innovate ways to build a digital first, appreciative culture.
- Analyze data from multiple sources and determine insights for increasing engagement, utilization and adoption
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership and review weekly
- Manage the digital vendor partner for Rewards and Recognition to ensure system readiness and feature implementation as per specified timelines
- Ensure timely points loading in the accounts of all immediate supervisors and share reports
- Regularly maintain database for updated portal management and ensure zero errors in user profiles
- Resolve grievances as per defined TAT to ensure timely points availability and usage
- Manage grievances through a de-facto R&R helpdesk around budget disbursal and utilization for all employees
- Coordinate and support the HR Business Partners to deliver effective R&R across the departments
- Plan the budget for the year by seeking requirements from various stakeholders such as Business Leaders and HRBPs
- Identify behavioral issues amongst first level supervisors and determine cultural interventions such as training, communication, and capability building through facilitated workshops (with specific regard to Rewards and Recognition and other Talent Interventions)
- Plan, organize and deliver training sessions on Talent Management Operations and Processes to various employee segments across vertical hierarchies
- Conduct capability building for new joiners during induction to manage Rewards and Recognition
- Benchmarking latest global best practices in the field of R&R and motivation and implementing the same

**Qualification**

MBA / MSW in Human Resource Management
