Job Description: Office Coordinator (Basic Knowledge in Logistics)
Location: Kolkata
**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
2. Document Management:
Organize, maintain, and update office records, documents, and reports efficiently.
3. Logistics Coordination:
Assist in coordinating basic logistics tasks such as shipment tracking, vendor communication, and inventory management.
4. Vendor Management:
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance services.

6. Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and assist in organizing company events.
7. Support to HR and Accounts:
Assist HR in scheduling interviews, employee attendance records, and support accounts in basic billing and invoicing tasks.
8. Facility Management:
Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of office equipment.
9. Inventory Tracking:
Keep a log of office supplies, raise procurement requests, and ensure the stock is well-maintained.
10. Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on office expenses, logistics activities, and administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate or diploma holder.
- Basic knowledge of logistics processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
