**Job Title**: IT Telecaller

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling/Inside Sales (IT Sector preferred)

**Education**: Bachelor's Degree (Any discipline)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services (e.g., software solutions, Website devepment, Web Application development, Mobile Application development etc.)
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through phone conversations and initial discovery.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in CRM tools.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Handle basic client inquiries and route technical queries to appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and improve conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in IT services or B2B environment).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of IT services and terminology.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of software solutions, Website development, Web Application development, Mobile Application development.
- Experience working in a technology-focused company.
