Job Description - Tele calling Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- **Sales & Promotion**:

- Promote company products/services over calls.
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products where applicable.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Provide resolutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses.
- Update CRM systems with relevant details.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Feedback & Improvement**:

- Gather customer feedback to improve services.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Previous tele calling experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
