**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Basic) + Attractive Incentives + Company Benefits
**Shift Timing**:9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Calling Sales Executives to join our team, working on behalf of Tata Play. As a Tele Calling Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Tata Play's DTH and broadband services to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in expanding Tata Play's customer base and achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Tata Play's products and services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Tata Play's DTH and broadband packages, features, and pricing. Sales
Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to convince customers to subscribe to Tata Play services.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
Handling Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Data Entry: Accurately record customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Up-selling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional Tata Play services.
Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance to the team leader.
**Requirements**:
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM systems. Language
Customer Focus: Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. Target
Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
