We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Tele Calling Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting an overview of our membership plans, and generating appointments for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Provide a comprehensive overview of our membership plans and benefits.
- Invite them to our venue.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
- Based on your target achievement you will be provided SPIF’s and Incentive.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in **Kannada & English**is a mandatory requirement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to achieving targets.
- Ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in tele-calling or sales is a plus.

**Incentives**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
