**Job Title: Customer Service Associate - E-commerce Platform**

**Working Days: 5 days a week**

**Shift Timing: Rotational US Shift (9 hours/day)**

**Days Off: 2 rotational offs**

**Benefits: Pick-up or Drop-off provided**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Provide assistance in navigating the e-commerce platform, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Shift Timing**:

- Work in rotational US shifts, with a 9-hour working day.
- Adhere to the schedule and meet performance metrics.
- **Documentation**:

- Provide all necessary documents from previous employers.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service is required.
- Freshers with a graduate degree and C2 level communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- **Qualifications**:

- Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) qualification required.
- Graduates preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional communication skills with a proficiency level of C2 in English.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service processes is a plus.
