We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping and implementing our social media campaigns across various platforms and collaborating with influencers to achieve our marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Create and manage compelling content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics using tools and social media analytics platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and curate high-quality multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics.
- Engage with online communities, platforms and influencers to build relationships, foster brand advocacy, and expand our reach.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, influencer marketing trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for their integration into our marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop creative and engaging content that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience. Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including deliverables, compensation, and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing (6-8 years), preferably with an agency background.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience in identifying and managing influencer partnerships is a plus.
- Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with optimizing social media content for search engines is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is desirable.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mind-set.
- A passion for social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
