Job description

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**
- Providing splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- Having sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.
- Improve the Customers Experience with the Client Services by ensuring that the Customers Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.
- Ensuring that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied to while servicing the customers.
- Suggesting effective ways through which the Client can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.

**Experience**
- Customer care Executive with Min 1 year experience.
- Good Communication skills.
- Graduate/ Under Graduate.
- Decent Computer Knowledge required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
All Employees are required to wear a mask, Common Surface are Sanitize Regularly, Vaccination Complete.

**Experience**:
