Process Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and streamline operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and educate team members on new processes and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for process-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies and goals.
Qualifications:
- Any PG with Team handling experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a process coordination or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using process improvement tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
